The two Lessons/Carol programme was held in the school hall on Wednesday 16th of December 2020. This event is our annual celebration to commemorate the story of fall of humanity, the promise of the messiah and the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ interspersed with the singing of Christmas carols and hymn.
The programme commenced by 10:25 am with processional hymn by everyone present at the occasion. Opening prayer was said by Mrs Omotoso. National anthem and school anthem were sung respectively at the opening of the event.
Our Master of Ceremony was Miss Ganki Agatha. People of dignitaries who graced the high table were:
- Mrs M.O Aremu (Board member)
- Mrs C.M Omotoso (School matron)
- Mrs G.O Adekanbi (Head of school)
There were various presentations and bible readings of the two lessons at intervals by pupils, and staffs of the school. The class presentations include: songs, dance, ballet, choreography etc. the staffs were not left out also as they had dance presentation to the popular song “Jerusalema”
The Santa Clause accompanied with children celebrating their first Christmas arrived in a grand style during the event. They were joyously welcomed by the pupils, staffs, management and well-wishers with songs of joy and happiness. The Santa crew tour round the school and then proceeded to the Santa clause grotto. After the main event in the school hall, the pupils visited the Santa clause grotto for picture with the Santa clause and to receive gift.
The event ended with vote of thanks and closing prayer by Mrs G.O Adekanmbi at 1 :15pm
